The Saharan energy travels across the sea.

Every now and then, the winds carry dust from North Africa across the Mediterranean, painting the Greek sky in this strange, hazy warmth.

I remember looking out at this landscape and feeling like the horizon had shifted — the usual blue of Greece softened into something almost surreal.

A reminder that places are never truly isolated. The elements travel, collide and leave their trace on everything they touch.
