THE STORY
This morning was a little magical.
My first time shooting with an animal, and I had the pleasure of meeting Marshmallow — quite possibly the most handsome boy I’ve ever photographed.
Lans (pictured) and I were gobsmacked by how incredible this whole experience was. It was one of those moments where everything just seemed to fall into place — the light, the landscape, the movement and the connection between them.
I kid you not, there were dolphins bobbing along the coastline in the distance too. I wish I could have captured that as well.
There’s something about this photograph that just feels completely effortless. Nothing forced, nothing overly constructed — just a beautiful morning, a beautiful landscape and a moment that happened naturally in front of the camera.
This one feels pretty perfect to me.
