THE STORY

Sarakiniko, Milos, Greece

A young lad sitting alone on an enormous rock at Sarakiniko, looking out towards what feels like the edge of the world.

There’s something almost lunar about this place — the white volcanic rock, the endless horizon and the tiny figure dwarfed by it all.

For a moment, it felt as though he wasn’t looking at the sea at all, but somewhere beyond it.

A quiet moment of wonder, at the edge of the world.
