Cefalu Sicilio
THE STORY
Chefalu, Sicilia
This day was completely sun-soaked.
We spent the afternoon stretched out along the coastline of Cefalù, surrounded by what felt like half of Sicily. The beach was packed — umbrellas lined up bumper to bumper, stretching as far as the eye could see.
But somehow, it only added to the beauty of it.
Cefalù has such a heartbeat. There’s a warmth and energy that you can feel everywhere — in the people, the streets, the water, the noise and the slow rhythm of summer.
It felt alive.
One of those days where you don’t really do much at all. You lie in the sun, swim in the sea, wander for something cold to drink and let the hours disappear.
This photograph takes me straight back there.
The heat of the Sicilian sun, the colour of the water and the beautiful chaos of a packed-out coastline.
Cefalù in summer — sun-drenched, crowded and completely alive.
