A young Italian leaping from the rocks into the crystal blue of the Adriatic.
There’s something about watching someone throw themselves into the water without a second thought that feels like a reminder to stay young — not in age, but in spirit.
To be curious. To be playful. To take the leap. To let yourself get a little wet, a little reckless, and completely present.
This image reminds me to never lose that part of myself.
